*Due to having just two rental rooms, when you reserve with us, the rooms are immediately removed from all our listings and are no longer able to be viewed. Due to this limitation of rooms, we cannot weather cancellations well. In the event you must cancel your reservation, we do offer to open your dates up and attempt to fill them. Once they are filled, we reimburse you the value of the funds received for those dates. If they do not fill, unfortunately, there will be no refund unless cancellation insurance is purchased at the time of booking. Please, consider this when booking! Cancellation insurance is just a $25 money back insurance option, which will be added to your reservation at the time of booking if you elect to have it and it will be refunded to you at the end of your successful stay or in the event your dates are booked by another party. Again, this is completely optional but highly recommended if you have any concern for cancellation refunds. Thank you!!
